Brenderup Group sets new benchmark for retail-connected transport solutions with XXXLutz partnership

3/4/2026

Brenderup Group continues to strengthen its position in Sweden, through an expanded partnership with XXXLutz in Malmö. The location now becomes the first in Sweden to combine Brenderup Group’s two complementary transport concepts within one integrated retail setup.

Earlier in 2025, Brenderup launched its first fully unmanned Oneway station at XXXLutz Malmö. With the addition of Use4Free, the site now offers both local return-based transport and point-to-point mobility — creating a flexible, demand-driven transport solution embedded directly in retail.

Each concept serves a distinct purpose:

• Brenderup Use4Free enables convenient local access and same-location return

• Brenderup Oneway allows customers to transport goods from one location to another Together, these concepts form a scalable mobility model that adapts to different transport needs while increasing service value for retail partners.

For XXXLutz, the partnership enhances service differentiation and simplifies logistics for customers purchasing larger items.

“Through our collaboration with Brenderup, we can offer flexible transport solutions directly at our store. It enhances convenience for our customers and strengthens our overall value proposition,” says Aram Osman, Store Manager, XXXLutz Sweden.

Sweden stands at the core of Brenderup Group’s long-term growth strategy. The company continues to build long-term partnerships within Brenderup Use4Free with leading retail and building supply partners, including JYSK, Hornbach, Bauhaus, Plantagen and K-Bygg, creating a nationwide transport infrastructure connected directly to where purchases happen..

“Our focus remains strong on creating tangible value for both users and our partners. The partnership with XXXLutz demonstrates how our mobility platform enables flexible transport solutions that strengthen the customer experience while supporting partner growth. Combining our concepts in one location reflects our long-term commitment to building strong, scalable partnerships in our home market,” says Hugo Bergqvist, Business Unit Rental Director, Brenderup Group.

The XXXLutz milestone reinforces Brenderup Group’s broader innovation path — evolving from traditional trailer rental toward a scalable, digital mobility platform rooted in sharing economy principles and built through strong retail partnerships.
